Grade 6 timing and tools
The spring 2027 non-writing SOL window is April 5–June 17, with each school division selecting its local testing period. VDOE had not published a current 2026–27 Growth administration window when this page was reviewed, so families should confirm fall and winter dates with their school division.
A scientific calculator is available only on eligible questions. VDOE also publishes a middle-school formula sheet.
